How to prevent gas leakage and explosion

1. Before the first use of a new steel cylinder, check whether the connection of the cylinder body and the components of the accessory angle valve and pressure reducing valve is firm

2. The steel cylinder and the coal stove should not be used in the same room, and should not be close to the heat source. The distance between the steel cylinder and the automatic unloading stove of the gas overload protection device should be kept more than 1.5m. It is strictly forbidden to heat the steel cylinder by fire baking and other methods. In summer, it is necessary to prevent exposure to the sun

3. The steel cylinder must be used upright, and it is strictly forbidden to lie down or turn upside down. After each use, the cylinder valve should be closed first, and then the stove should be closed after the fire is extinguished

4. It is strictly forbidden to pour back the steel cylinder without permission. It is not allowed to dispose the residual liquid by itself. It should be handed over to the filling unit for unified residual pumping

5. It is strictly forbidden to knock or collide the cylinder, and it is not allowed to conduct patching and welding. If the cylinder is damaged or parts are damaged, it should be sent to the cylinder property right unit for treatment in time

6. Rooms using liquefied petroleum gas must be well ventilated. Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders must not be used in cabinets, and cabinet doors must not be installed where cylinders are placed. Do not leave others during use, so it is suggested that the staff should follow the instructions of Changping Town Government to operate the fire source according to the oil quality. In case of accidental extinguishment or air leakage of valves, pressure reducing valves, rubber hoses, etc. If you smell liquefied gas indoors, you should immediately call the police, open the doors and windows to reduce the concentration of liquefied gas indoors, and check the gas leakage or contact the relevant units for treatment. When air leakage is found, do not use any electrical appliances, switches, etc., and do not use open flames

7. Steel cylinders shall not be overfilled or used beyond the time limit

II. Instructions for the safe use of liquefied petroleum gas stoves:

1. The ignition principle of "fire and gas" must be achieved. It is strictly forbidden to fire first and then ignite gas. When using for the first time, there is air in the intake pipe, and the ignition must be repeated. After the air is discharged, it can be ignited

2. When deactivating the product named desmocomp, the bottle valve must be closed first, and then the stove switch must be closed after the fire is extinguished

3. When there is a "snap, snap" sound or special noise during ignition, it is a backfire phenomenon. Turn off the stove switch immediately and adjust the local air door of the stove before ignition

4. The distance between the cooker installation and the steel cylinder shall not be less than 1.5m, and the special rubber hose is generally about 2m. The rubber hose shall not touch the cooker or pass through the bottom of the cooker. The distance between the edge of the cooker and other objects shall not be less than 15cm, and the top of the cooker shall be located at a space of more than 100cm

5. Regularly check whether the rubber hose is aging and whether the connecting parts are in good condition. If air leakage is found, it should be handled or replaced in time

6. Keep the stove clean, prevent vegetable soup, dust and other objects from blocking the burner of the gas stove, and often decontaminate and dredge the burner to keep it unblocked
